They are
exceptionally quite
and good natured.
The Berk's are
penned in the
winter and free
ranged with our
cattle and horse
in the summer.
This young sow
was completely
raised from May
to Oct on grass,
with no
additional grain,
as were her three
siblings pictured
below.
We offer organically grown butcher
hogs as well as proividing butcher
services, and then you can have the
meat cut and wrapped at a place of
your own choosing. We also
occasionally offer young weinors or
breeding stock for sale, depending
on the season. They are harmone
and grower free. They are only fed
naturally farm grown grians, grass
in the summer and have access to a
balanced mineral supplement.
